Jacey Downing is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience working in the mental health field. She works with clients of all ages and background with various mental health and substance use issues. 

In her personal time, Jacy can most often be found spending time with her family, either watching her children in their numerous sporting activities or spoiling their two dogs.  Jacey enjoys spending time with her friends, binge watching movies, and reading.

Jacey is active in her community by volunteering with  many organizations.  She was a founding member and past President of Fulton County Pink, Inc. She is a current member of the West Central Illinois Professional Counselors Association.

Fun Fact- Jacey and her family recently completed the Volunteer Orientation Course through the Fulton County Humane Society.
