Graham Hospital is committed to providing our patients with the very best care possible. As stated in our mission statement, we are here to provide compassionate, quality health services, in a responsible and charitable manner, to the people and communities we serve.
We have an important team of individuals in place in our Quality Department to ensure that the best interests of our patients are our focus. Quality Analysts pursue efficient and effective work flow while they facilitate reporting on chronic conditions and performance measures. We implement patient support and quality improvement principles while we resolve concerns and grievances in a professional, respectful, and confidential manner. We also stay up-to-date on local, state, and federal regulations and Joint Commission Standards.
Quality patient care is our greatest commitment, Employees are our greatest asset, Excellent patient experience is our greatest accomplishment, and The health of our community is our greatest responsibility.

Recognized by the March of Dimes
Since 2011, Graham Health System, in conjunction with the Illinois Hospital Association, has taken the initiative to eliminate Early Elective Deliveries (any non-medically indicated induction less than 39 weeks gestation). Within the state of Illinois, the March of Dimes and the Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative (ILPQC) is recognizing only 40 hospitals for their continued success. We are proud to announce that Graham Health System has been selected for our extraordinary effort.
According to the March of Dimes, the hospital must maintain a rate of less than 5% for two consecutive quarters or 6 months to be eligible for this honor. We are pleased to announce Graham Health System's rate for the last 12 months is 1.7%.
