Graham Health System offers their employees a generous benefit package. Listed below is a brief summary of our benefit program.

Health Plan
Full-time employees are eligible after 30 days of continuous full-time employment. Our plan emphasizes preventative and wellness care as well as discounted prescription and non-prescription items. In network care paid at 90%. $75 co-pay for emergency room visits, $20 co-pay for physician office charges and annual vision exams.

Preventative care is paid at 100%, basic charges 80%, $1,000 lifetime benefit for orthodontia.

Coverage includes one annual exam, $25 co-pay for exam and materials; annual allotment for materials and discount on overage amounts.

Employees have access to a nationwide network of attorneys to assist with legal matters. (Limitations apply)

Life Insurance
Employees receive a $15,000 policy 1st of the month after 6 month of continuous full time employment. Additional amounts are available for employee, spouse and dependent at employee’s expense.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance for full time employees of $3600 per fiscal year; amounts in excess require a signed work agreement. Part time employees are allowed $500. Tuition assistance is available once one year of employment has been satisfied. Scholarships are available through our Career Financial Assistance Program.

Retirement Plan
Graham Health System offers a 401(k) program. Employees are automatically enrolled at 3% after completing 60 days of employment, and can contribute the maximum allowed under the IRS guidelines. The hospital matches up to 3% of the first 6% an employee contributes. Roth 401K plan also available.

Earned Time
Employees at Graham Health System accrue time off based on seniority and the number of hours worked, excluding overtime, in a pay period to use when absent from work for vacation, illness, holidays, etc.

Flexible Spending Plan
Employees who participate are allowed to set aside pre-tax income to pay for certain medical and dependent care expenses. (Limitations apply.)

Child Care
Off site child care centers are available to Graham Health System employees at discounted rates.

Employee Assistance Program
Confidential counseling is available to employees and their families seeking professional guidance with personal or work-related problems.

Graham Health System has free parking for all their employees.

Fitness Center
All employees, spouses and children over the age of 16 are allowed to work out in our own fitness room free of charge.
