Graham Health System Announces Plans for Additional Clinic in Galesburg.
(Canton, IL) Graham Health System, a leader in healthcare in Central and Western Illinois announced today the addition of a new Graham Medical Group (GMG) Clinic in Galesburg Illinois.
The new clinic will be located at 1174 N. Seminary Street in Galesburg. Graham will offer prompt, Walk-in care, through their Convenient Care Clinic, which will be open 7 days per week from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. The Clinic will offer Laboratory and Imaging services, providing comprehensive care in one location. The new Graham clinic will also provide Primary Care, Podiatry, OB-GYN and Diabetic Management Clinics Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Graham expects to enhance services through the addition of General Surgery, Orthopedic, Wound, Urology and ENT specialty clinics in the near future.

The centerpiece of the Health System is Graham Hospital, located just a short drive from Galesburg, in Canton, IL. Graham Hospital is a full-service hospital with a comprehensive array of services, including General, Orthopedic, Gynecological, and beginning in August, Urologic Robotic Surgeries. Graham hospital is also the home to Fulton & Mason County Wound Clinic and Hyperbaric Medicine and Graham Home Medical Equipment. Graham offers a full range of Ancillary Services including Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Physical, Occupational and Speech & Language Therapy Services, Laboratory and Imaging.
Graham plans to begin renovations within the next 30 days with intension to open the Graham Medial Group Clinic and Convenient Care by August 1, 2022. All Graham Medical Group Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers are accepting new patients with same day appointments available in many cases. Graham hospital and providers accept all Illinois Medicaid, Medicare and virtually all other insurance plans.
