Transportation

It is important to us that you receive the healthcare you need. Graham Health System offers a FREE shuttle service to your non-emergent medical appointments in Fulton, Knox, Mason and surrounding counties. Our no cost shuttle service makes healthcare accessible to patients who are unable to drive or may have limited mobility. Patients must be able to enter the van with minimal assistance. Handicapped accessible patient transportation is available.

Our courteous shuttle drivers will pick you up, assist you in getting to your appointment, allow you time to complete your medical services and then pick you up to take you safely home.

Our shuttle services are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. To schedule your non-emergency medical transportation please call 309-649-5134 during these days and hours.

A 48 hour notice is recommended before needed services are required.

How We are Serving You:

Emily is a driving force on the team. She takes extra care with the patients, and helps the newbies feel comfortable. Our dietician, Kayden, also does a great job. This is a wonderful program, and I would recommend it to anyone needing cardio rehab.
