Referral requirements vary by insurance carrier. Patients are encouraged to call their insurance plan to verify requirements. If a referral is required, patients may need to call or make an appointment with their primary care provider. As a reminder, it is very beneficial to discuss any symptoms or concerns with your primary care provider at your routine visits.
