Health & Well-being
Full-time employees are eligible for a HSA insurance plan or a PPO insurance plan the first of the month following 30 days of continuous full-time employment. Our plan emphasizes preventative and wellness care as well as discounted prescription and non-prescription items.
Full-time employees are eligible for dental coverage the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment.
Full-time employees are eligible for vision coverage the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment.
Employee Assistance Program
Employees receive a $15,000 policy on the first of the month after 6 months of continuous full time employment. Additional amounts are available for employee, spouse and dependents at the employee’s expense.
Graham has our own, on campus, Wellness Center. Employee’s/domestic partner’s and family members may join the 24/7 Wellness Center for a very minimal fee.
401(k) Retirement Plan
We help you get started in saving for your retirement! Employees are automatically enrolled at a 3% contribution rate after completing 60 days of employment. The hospital matches up to 3% of the first 6% an employee contributes. A Roth 401K plan is also available.
A formal education opens many doors for your career, but paying for that education can at times be challenging. Graham reimburses tuition and fees for approved degrees and some certifications that benefit both you and Graham.
Student Loan Forgiveness Program
In some instances, Graham offers a substantial employee loan forgiveness incentive. In most cases student loans may be partially or fully paid off with a work commitment back to Graham.
Flexible Spending Plan
Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account. These accounts help you pay copayments, deductibles and other healthcare related costs.
Time Away from Work
Paid Time Off
Employees at Graham Health System all need time away from the job. Our earned time allows employees to begin accruing time off as soon as you start. Your PTO benefit accrual rate increases with years of service worked.
Child Care Discounts
With participating daycare centers, Graham helps pay for a portion of your daycare expenses.
Graham Health System has free convenient parking for all their employees.
All employees are eligible to enroll in Legal Ease. The employees have access to a nationwide network of attorneys to assist with legal matters. (Limitations apply)
Full-time and Part-time employees are eligible to sign up for numerous supplemental/voluntary products. We offer Critical Illness Coverage, Group Universal Life Insurance, Cancer Coverage, Hospital Indemnity and Accident Coverage all available through payroll deduction.
