As an added convenience, we have a patient access employee positioned at the Switchboard right inside the lobby doors of the hospital who is there to assist you in case you need to register for a service outside of our normal hours.
A Patient Access representative is also located in the Emergency Department 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, ready to help you with registration outside of normal business hours.
Insurance payers often require pre-authorization for payment of services. Please verify your benefits with your insurance company to see if pre-authorization is needed prior to services.
