For minor illness and injury requiring immediate care, our Convenient Care … Urgent, Quality Care at Graham Medical Group is available when your primary provider is not.

Make an appointment or walk-in, whichever is most convenient for you. Our skilled team of care providers is there to deliver you fast, quality health care.  

There are many reasons to visit Graham Medical Group's Convenient Care:

• Less cost and more convenient than an Emergency Department visit
• We accept most insurance, including Medicare, Illinois Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Same day appointments or walk-in service available
