Walnut Street Terrace at Graham Hospital Earns Five Stars!
(Canton, IL) Graham Health System, a leader in healthcare in Central and Western Illinois, proudly announce that Walnut Street Terrace Nursing Home and Skilled Rehab Unit have received a five star rating from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Nursing Homes are surveyed yearly and are rated on a one to five star program. The stars represent three specific areas: Quality, Staffing and Health Inspections.
