Having COVID aggravated my COPD which led me to Graham Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Rehabilitation.  When I started in February, I was on a 50 foot oxygen cord.  Since starting my workout, I can now do most of my exercises without oxygen. I would recommend this program to anyone.  This program get me back to chasing my grandkids around again.
