This position is responsible for ensuring documents are placed in the appropriate section of the
medical record analyzing the medical record to verify completion and may. This position assist
with the release of information process. This position reports to the Director of Health
Information Management and may float between the Hospital and GMG-Canton.
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in medical record work or similar office setting and electronic medical record preferred
