Maintains, repairs, and installs all refrigeration, cooling, and air conditioning systems and equipment of the hospital and clinics. Should be familiar with ASHRE codes and requirements in a commercial building. This position performs under the direction of the Plant Services Assistant Director or Director. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

  • High School or equivalent preferred and complete approved apprenticeship or have two years certificate from approved school with 3 years in trade after school.
  • HVAC certification preferable.
