Valerie Watson is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who went into  psychiatry because the need is so great and the options for patients were limited.

In her free time, Valerie enjoys spending time with her family which includes her four - legged family members.

"My goal is to gain the trust of my patients so that they feel safe sharing their struggles with me, allowing them to find hope, and beauty in the simple things again.
